Shawn Kerley

Shawn Kerley is the Sales Manager at our Arnold location who partners with real estate agents and housing market professionals to provide quality, affordable financing to residential homeowners and homebuyers in the purchase or refinance of a home loan. With almost two decades in the mortgage industry, Shawn knows that ‘experience’ is the best predictor of success in the mortgage business – the loan officers’ experience in the industry and the homeowners’ personal experience during the process of buying or refinancing. And he has the track record to prove it.
 
Shawn has been the top producing loan officer with the Pfitzer branch of USA Mortgage for the last 3 years running and recognized as a Five Star Professional every year since 2011. In additional to his role as the highest grossing producer in volume and units, he has also mentored and fostered the development of new loan officers and junior loan officers and in January 2018 he becomes Sales Manager for the branch, seeing over the production of 15 loan officers. 
 
Shawn studied at the University of Missouri-St Louis, is a certified 203k renovation loan specialist since 2011 and has been an active member of his BNI chapter for the last five years.
